HOW TO BECOME A SLAVE OF ALLAH (PART-3)

Part 3 Continued. If you haven't read the previous parts then please click on Part 1 and Part 2

Assalamualaikum WarahmatuaAllahi Wabakaatuhu!

Who are the slaves of Allah? Surah Al-Furqan Ayat 73-76 (continued)

1. Those are the ones who do not bear witness to falsehood and, If they ever pass by futility, they pass with dignity.
Bearing witness to falsehood means to not lie, support anyone who lies, to not involve yourself to bear against the truth in court or outside of court, and to not indulge into the falsehood majlis like the concert, comedy shows where the comedian lies about the characters or makes fun of others and the majlis where falsehood occurs and so on. We should not speak a lie lest support it. They also pass any invitation of useless vain talks or parties in a dignified and honorable way. He doesn't let another person down. He just  passes away from it quietly. The weddings these days are a big Fitna and a Big Lagw. But how do we pass from such lagw (vain/useless) gatherings? Or do we even pass away from it?

 2. Who, When reminded about the revelations of their Rabb, Do not turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to them.

Whenever the ayats of Allah are recited, the slaves of Ar-Rahman do not become blind or deaf on purpose. Their imaan increases and their hearts softens. If it comes to choosing between listening to music or Qur'an, the slave of Ar-Rahman would chose to listen to Qurán and ponder upon the ayats. Many times when Qur'an is played in the car, some people consider it boring and just feel irritated to listen to the ayats of Allah and they want to listen to music. That's just because they have chosen to become blind and deaf from Allah's ayats on purpose (chose to be misguided) and their hearts have harden. Are we one of those?

3. Who Pray, "O, Our Rabb! Make our wives and our children to be the comfort of our eyes and make us leaders of the righteous."
These Ibaadur Rahman, are super concerned about their spouse's and children's hidayat and aakhirah. They want Allah to give them tears of joy when they see their spouses or children striving in the path of Allah. They want to feel happy and their eyes to be comforted when they see their loved ones worshiping Allah. They also make duwa to Allah to make them leaders of the righteous people so they guide others to the path of guidance and are always in the company of the righteous. This duwa is really powerful and it becomes TRUE! I have witnessed it and even you can. Memorize it and make a sincere duwa.

75. Those will be rewarded with the highest place because of their patience. Therein they shall be met with greetings and the word of peace and respect.  76. Abiding therein - excellent it is as an abode, and as a place to rest in.

And they will be given the highest room in Paradise. Why??? Because they had patience over all these things that they had to control themselves from! SubhanAllah! Sabr means when you control your nafs from the things you want to do and to do things that are beneficial for you but also hard at the same time. If you remember the Part 1 & 2 of Ibaadur Rahman, all those qualities of them, how did they achieve it? Through patience!
SubhanaAllah!

So Patience is the Key to success. Patience in Everything! :D

QUALITIES OF IBAADUR RAHMAN (PART-2)

Part 2 continued! (If you haven't read the part 1, then please click here)

Sifat of Ibaadur Rahman:

Surah Al Furqan-

1. "Who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor stingy, But keep the balance between those two extremes."

A slave of Allah is not extravagant in spending or in anything that he does. He does not waste his time or money on illegal things, legal things or things that he buys to show off! He is ever humble when he spends. He spends more on what he needs than on what he wants. He has control over his nafs (nerves) from all the materialistic things.
Also he is not stingy or miserly. A miser person is he who spends as much as he wants on himself but when it comes to spending on his family, relatives, poor sellers or spending in the way of Allah, he holds back his hands and thinks 10 times before giving something from his pocket. Are we one of those? Even if we are, Ibaadur Rahman are not one of those and our main purpose is to become Ibaadur Rahman and maintain that balance between extravagant and stingy. Bi izniAllah!

 2. "And those who do not invoke any other God besides Allah, nor kill any soul which Allah has made sacred, except for a just cause, nor commit fornication. He that does this shall be punished for his sin!"
Ibaadur Rahman do not Indulge in any of those things mentioned. Their hearts are purified which do not allow them to kill (except in cases of revenge or in defense), fornicate or do Shirk! They do not even go near these major sins let alone commit them.

 3. "Except of the one who repents, becomes a true believer and starts doing good deeds, for then Allah will change his evil deeds into good, and Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful"

Allah will forgive the sins of those who committed shirk, murder and fornication IF they truly repented (meaning they accept their sins, repent and do not repeat) and believed in Allah and starts doing righteous deeds. Then Allah will convert ALL their previous sins into GOOD! subhanAllah!! He wouldn't only remove those sins but convert them into righteous deeds. Isn't that just the heights of Mercy that one mind can comprehend?! This is my favorite ayat because If Allah can forgive such major sins then why do we feel so reluctant in not seeking forgiveness from Him when we commit small sins? Allah is The Most Merciful and Forgiving if you sincerely repented. Let us all truly repent from all our hidden sins and apparent sins that no one but Allah knows. Let us all strive to be Ibaadur Rahman and act upon our knowledge. in sha Allah!

STAY TUNED FOR PART 3. Remember, these short posts are for us to understand the ayats of Allah first and then start implementing on them. It's just a waste to just seek knowledge and then not put it practically into our lives. Reminder for myself first and then to everybody.

May Allah guide us all and make us from among His chosen Ibaadur Rahman! Ameen :)

ARE WE SLAVES OF AR-RAHMAN? Find out (Part-1)

Assalamualaikum WaramatuAllahi Wabarakaatuhu!

I would like to share with you some beautiful ayats of Surah Al Furqan.
We often ask ourselves how can we become better Muslims? What is there more than praying five times a day, paying zakat, performing Hajj & fasting in the month of Ramadan? Well you have your answer coming up now. There are many things what we, as Muslims, can do to become the Slaves of Ar-Rahman, The Most Merciful, The Most Compassionate! The only intention to become the slaves of Ar Rahman is to please Allah, increase our Iman and to become closer to Allah SubhanaAllah wa Ta'la! :)
So What can we do to become the Slaves of Ar-Rahman? Simple! Allah has clearly mentioned us what are the qualities of Ibaadur Rahman from Verses 63- 75. And He didn't mention these qualities for no reason. But He mentioned them so that we take heed from His ayats and strive to become one of them.
Today I would like to share only a couple of those qualities so when we read, we gain some knowledge and after we have acquired that knowledge, we also need to act upon that knowledge. Slowly, slowly can we only become better Mo'mins. So let's begin! :)

1. True Servants of the Compassionate (Allah) are those who walk on the Earth in Humility and when the ignorant people address them, they say, "Peace"

We need to keep a check on our walk to see if we are not walking with our chests out, walking with our muscles all flexed up, walking lazily, walking with pride or show off etc.
Our Rasool Sallalahu alaihi waSallam used to walk so humbly as if he was walking down the hill with firm steps and in a constant pace. mashaAllah! We need to walk with humility, grace and with gentleness, making sure that no one is affected with our walk. What is inside our hearts will also reflect on our outside. So humble your heart free from arrogance and walk with humility. :)

Ibaadur Rahman are also those who do not indulge in fights or arguments especially when the foolish ones or the ignorant ones address them in a very bad way. But let's talk about ourselves. What do we do when an ignorant addresses us? We are the ones who become the most ignorant of all by cursing them, making sure they are humiliated and feel worse about themselves. May Allah forgive us all.
We should say Peace and walk away rather than indulging in any kind of fights or abusive arguments. This is the Sifat of the genuine slaves of Allah!

2. Who pass the night prostrating before their Rabb and standing in prayers.
How can we be the ones who pray Qiyaam Al Layl or Tahajjud at nights? Only if we spend our days in productivity and not wasting our energy in things that tires us but does not benefit us. We need to sleep early at night and make sincere intentions to wake up for tahajjud. Then only will we be among the Ibaadur Rahman!

3. Who say, "O, Our Rabb ward off the punishment of Hell fire from us, for its punishment is Atrocious."

They make duwa to Allah to remove the punishment of Hell fire from them. Why? Because even after doing so many righteous deeds they feel as if their deeds are not enough to please Allah. They know that only the Mercy of Allah can remove them from Hell Fire.
But we, after doing a single good deed, consider ourselves righteous and forgiven by Allah. As if we have done a lot of good deeds and now its enough. AstagfirAllah! For Ibaadur Rahman, they are always humble and even the thought of Hell fire fears them and they just want that punishment to be warded off from them.
We need to check our intentions a lot before doing any good deed. Just because you performed Hajj once and don't want to do it again, doesn't mean you are forgiven or saved from Hell. We need to keep on striving for the best.
What our problem is that when we do a good deed, we feel great and proud of ourselves that we have done something great and now we don't need to do more deeds and start sinning again as if its no big deal. May Allah save us from this.

These three qualities are enough for now. Let us all act upon these ayaats to become more closer to Allah. I will share the next few qualities of Ibaadur Rahman in my next post. in sha Allah! Stay tuned! :)

HOW TO RECOGNIZE A MAGICIAN OR A FAKE PRACTITIONER OF MAGIC- (Black Magic Series Pt-2)

Signs of a magician or ill practitioner-

Beware – these people look like you and I. They can look like pious or righteous people that you would never distinguish as practicing this evil. It’s only when we are educated and know the signs of the Sahir (magician) that we are able to spot them. Going to a magician or using their help in this, is a form of disbelief (kufr) so we must beware and be careful not to fall into this error

Distinctive Features of A Sahir’s (magician’s) Work

If you find one of these following charcteristics in a person who treats people suffering from sihr or other relate illnesses, then this person is surely a sahir (magician).

1.) He asks the patient his and his mother’s names. Which is why it is always recommend that the woman to not use her name and she may call herself Bint-e- so and so or Umm-e- so and so.

2.) He takes a sweaty garment from the patient (a piece of cloth, hat, blood, hair, nail or some kind of DNA)

3.) He sometimes asks for an animal, with certain specifications, in order to slaughter it without saying the name of Allah. He may use the sacrificial blood to stain some painful areas of the patient, or throw the carcass in on a ruined site.

4.) He writes incantations.

5.) He recites unclear incantations. Usually which looks to us like he is reciting the Qurán but he's not. He is using magic spells.

6.) He gives the patient a hijab (incantation written on a piece of paper), which contains squares within which letters or figures are written.

7.) He instructs the patient to isolate himself/herself in a dark room and to not talk to people for a certain period of time.

8.) He sometimes instructs the patient to not touch water for a certain period of time, usually forty days. This indicates the this particular jinn working for the Sahir is Christian.

9.) He gives the patient some items to bury in the ground.

10.) He gives the patient some pieces of paper to burn to use as incens for their body.

11.) He murmurs unclear words.

12.) He sometimes informs the patient his name, his town and the reason for his visit.

13.) He writes broken letters on a piece of paper (hijab) or on a plate made of white porcelain, and instructs the patient to dissolve the writing in water, and then drink it.”

Shaykh Sulaymaan al-‘Alwaan (www.islam-qa.com) had this to say about practioners of magic: Magic in all its forms in haraam according to all divinely-revealed laws, and there is scholarly consensus that magic and learning magic are haraam. Magic goes against that which the Messengers brought and it opposes the purpose for which the Books were revealed. Most of the scholars were of the view that the one who practices magic is a kaafir whom the authorities are obliged to execute.

“But neither of these two (angels) taught anyone (such things) till they had said, ‘We are for trial, so disbelieve not (by learning this magic from us)’ [Quran al-Baqarah 2:102]

Spread awareness about this very important issue. Many people mistakenly seek help from people that make their problems worse! Magicians commit the highest level of Kufr (disbelief) and their aim is to ease you into it while you know not! Beware! Shirk is the gravest of sins and must educate ourselves to stay well clear of it.

Watch this short 3 minute video if you prefer watching over reading. And DO share this video to people who usually seek help from peer or so called babas.

What is Black Magic and How It Works? --(Black Magic Series)

Assalamualaikum WarahatuAllahi Wabakaatuhu!

Primarily, black magic is real and it exists.

The Prophet (Sal-allahu-aleihi-wasallam) said, "Avoid the seven great destructive sins." The people enquire, "O Allah's Apostle! What are they? " He said:
"To join others in worship along with Allah, to practice sorcery, to kill the life which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause (according to Islamic law), to eat up riba (usury),
to eat up an orphan's wealth, to give back to the enemy and fleeing from the battlefield at the time of fighting,
and to accuse chaste women, who never even think of anything touching chastity and are good believers."
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (Radi Allah Ta'lah Anhu); Sahih Bukhari transmitted it. Vol 4:#28 of Sahih Bukhari.

What I am about to write are exactly not my words but I am re-posting this from www.ruqyasupport.com
This post will aware you and I about what Black magic is, who are the black magicians and how to cure black magic in sha Allah but with different posts. (As this topic could be really long)
I am no way near to an expert. This is just a re-posted blog post which has been copied from a reliable source. And Allah knows best! If you are willing to check your sources into the authenticity of this post, please go ahead and do so. And comment below if there seems to be an authenticity error.

What is Sihr (Black Magic)?
Black magic is done by a magician. It can effect anybody, a Prophet, a mo'min, a liar, a kuffar. It is verrry rampant in the Muslim community as well, like in the Middle East, Africa, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sudan, Saudi Arabia and basically all over the world.

When somebody is afflicted with black magic they start seeing things which are not really there and they constantly go into delusion. Sihir is also set of knots which is tied with Shirk. The magician is the one who ties it with Shirk. And he utters words of shirk in his mummers and not the Qurán then he ties them into a Taa'weez. (we will talk about this more in the coming posts in sha Allah) Black Magic effects the hearts and the minds. Sihr comes from the word "hidden" & 'not seen'. So when you are afflicted with magic it's actually hidden and you won't realize it happening to you. The goal is to do black magic behind the back. Black magic causes many problems like it turns good health into sickness and in some severe cases it could also cause death. It can cause division between husband and wife, husband and mother, brother and sister or the downfall between the business partners or cause someone to attract towards someone without any reason. (a.k.a love poison)

The most common type of Sihr out there is called Sihr-e-Tafreeq. It is the most nasty kind of Sihr where it separates a man from his wife. And the number one OBJECTIVE of shaitaan is to separate a Man from his wife and this is mentioned in Surah Al Baqarah 102
"They followed what the Shayatin (devils) gave out (falsely of the magic) in the lifetime of Sulaiman (Solomon). Sulaiman did not disbelieve, but the Shayatin (devils) disbelieved, teaching men magic and such things that came down at Babylon to the two angels, Harut and Marut, but neither of these two (angels) taught anyone (such things) till they had said, "We are only for trial, so disbelieve not (by learning this magic from us)." And from these (angels) people learn that by which they cause separation between man and his wife, but they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's Leave. And they learn that which harms them and profits them not. And indeed they knew that the buyers of it (magic) would have no share in the Hereafter. And how bad indeed was that for which they sold their ownselves, if they but knew."

Why does the shaitaan wants to do this? Because he wants to break the halal contract between the husband and wife.

Also, Imam Muslim reported on the authority of Jabir ibn `Abdullah, who stated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Iblis (Satan) places his throne upon water, then sends his groups. The closest to him are those who (tempt people to) commit the most grievous of sins (fitnah). One of them would approach him and say: I did such-and-such. Iblis would reply: You have done nothing. Another would approach and say: I did not leave him (a man) until I caused him to leave his wife and for them to be separated. Iblis would bring him close to his throne and would say: How good you are!”
There are many types of Sihr. You would be shocked to see the damage Black magic causes on a person's life and have catastrophic issues like cause madness, epilepsy, cause to have bad dreams, not have children and remove the copulation between husband and wife, bring lust in oneself and many other severe dangers.

Why do people do Sihr? It is because of jealousy. A person who is jealous of someone's happy marriage, just can't take it and wants to cause separation between them or break the successful relation of two business partners and cause the business to a downfall. This is why our Prophet Sallalahu alaihi wasallam warned us of jealousy. He said, “Beware of jealousy, for verily it destroys good deeds the way fire destroys wood.” [Abu Dawood]

When Allah’s Messenger (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) was asked who are the best of people? He (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) replied: “the one with a clean heart and truthful tongue.” They asked: ‘We understand a truthful tongue, but what does a clean heart mean?’ he (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) answered: “It is the heart of one that is pious, pure, and is free of sin, transgressions, hatred and Hasad.” [Ibn Majah]

Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah’s Messenger (Sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) as saying: “Don’t bear aversion against one another and don’t be jealous of one another and be servants of Allah.” [Muslim :: Book 32 : Hadith 6218]

How does Sihr work?
It needs an instigator who is the 'jealous' one, it could be an aunt or uncle or an enemy who sees what you're doing from a distance and hates someone's marriage or someone, then they plot and plan to destroy the marriage. Then there's the victim who is afflicted with this black magic. Then there's the motive: whether to separate them, to make them argue or make them from stop having children, or kill them, not let them get married, cause them to fall severely ill, not let them have a job, remove their income etc.
The instigator with the motive will go to the magician. He will do the magic by using the DNA of the victim, like his old clothes, or clothes that has his sweat, blood, hair or nails etc. He would also ask the victim's name and the victim's mother's name. And then he will call upon the Jinn to order him to cause all of this problems. The jinn enters the body of the victim and directly goes to the brain and controls the whole body. He would cause the Waswasa (severe whispering). For e.g: if the motive is divorce from the wife then it will cause severe waswasa towards his wife to hate her and be angry on her and so on. subhaAllah! This is a horrible crime for which they have sold their aakhirah only for a miserly worldly gain.
These details are only mentioned for us to awaken and beware of these magicians and to protect ourselves from Magic. Keep yourselves clean, dispose your humanely dirt, remains properly and always read the morning and evening azkar to keep yourself protected and to keep a distance from suspicious people or fake aalims who pretend to cure us but are actually causing harm.

If these problems normally occur between a husband and a wife, it doesn't necessarily mean that they have black magic on them however chances are there. Not every problem in our lives are related to magic so beware of your problems and try to solve them first before claiming every problem in your life as black magic or evil eye. It could also be a trial from Allah subhaAllah wa taála.

Stayed tuned for the next part of BMS.
