A SHORT REMINDER

Assalamualaikum WarahmatuaAllahi Wabarakaatuhu!

I would like to share something amazing with you all and it is this hadith.

“Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then [let him change it] with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith.” [Reported by Muslim]

Question is how can we stop the evil with our hearts?

Ibn Taymiyyah said, “Condemning with the heart is belief that this is an evil. If a heart loses the knowledge of what is good and condemning what is evil, then Iman is lifted from the heart”

If we don’t condemn the evil with our heart then it can lead to a black heart meaning that our heart MUST hate the evil deeds like Shirk, fornication, immodesty, violence, sodomy, injustice, backbiting, cursing, watching indecent movies, songs, T.V shows, envy, jealousy and so on or else we would lose the knowledge of what is wrong or right in our hearts. If our hearts do not hate the evil deeds then most likely our hearts would not realize that the evil deed is EVIL anymore. We might justify or support these evil acts or maybe even commit it them ourselves. Our hearts would not realize that the evil deed is EVIL anymore.
Most often, the person who show negativity or hatred towards any evil deed is considered as a 'prude' whereas the one who minds his own business not caring about what others do are considered as the ones 'who do not judge' and 'good guys'. Do not forget the ayat of Surah Ash Shuara: 168, He (Lut alaihisalam) said: "I am, indeed, of those who disapprove with severe anger and fury your (this evil) action (of sodomy).
He didn't say that he hates them but he rather loathed and detested their evil act of sodomy. And not to forget, Allah saved Lut alahis salam and his family except of his wife. She was destroyed with the rest of the nation. Why? Wasn't she a believer? Yes, she was but her heart was inclined towards the homosexuals and she didn't consider their act as evil or disturbing. She supported them.

Brothers and sisters, ask yourself, how many times do we support or keep quiet when our own families are indulged in shirk, biddah, usuray (riba) or backbiting, or when our own friends drink, party, fornicate or listen to music? Are we stopping those evil with our hands first? If that doesn't work, then are we stopping them with our tongues? IF that doesn't work either then, are we
at least considering their acts as something that displeases Allah in our hearts?
We are so used to seeing the fahisha (indecency) that it doesn't seem haram anymore and all the feelings of love and affection overcomes towards our family and friends, between what is halal and haram.
So let's save our imans brothers and sisters because stopping the evil with our hearts is the weakest of faith and not considering a haram act as evil might risk the removal of iman from our hearts and we all fear of that!

HOW TO BECOME A SLAVE OF ALLAH (PART-3)

Part 3 Continued. If you haven't read the previous parts then please click on Part 1 and Part 2

Assalamualaikum WarahmatuaAllahi Wabakaatuhu!

Who are the slaves of Allah? Surah Al-Furqan Ayat 73-76 (continued)

1. Those are the ones who do not bear witness to falsehood and, If they ever pass by futility, they pass with dignity.
Bearing witness to falsehood means to not lie, support anyone who lies, to not involve yourself to bear against the truth in court or outside of court, and to not indulge into the falsehood majlis like the concert, comedy shows where the comedian lies about the characters or makes fun of others and the majlis where falsehood occurs and so on. We should not speak a lie lest support it. They also pass any invitation of useless vain talks or parties in a dignified and honorable way. He doesn't let another person down. He just  passes away from it quietly. The weddings these days are a big Fitna and a Big Lagw. But how do we pass from such lagw (vain/useless) gatherings? Or do we even pass away from it?

 2. Who, When reminded about the revelations of their Rabb, Do not turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to them.

Whenever the ayats of Allah are recited, the slaves of Ar-Rahman do not become blind or deaf on purpose. Their imaan increases and their hearts softens. If it comes to choosing between listening to music or Qur'an, the slave of Ar-Rahman would chose to listen to Qurán and ponder upon the ayats. Many times when Qur'an is played in the car, some people consider it boring and just feel irritated to listen to the ayats of Allah and they want to listen to music. That's just because they have chosen to become blind and deaf from Allah's ayats on purpose (chose to be misguided) and their hearts have harden. Are we one of those?

3. Who Pray, "O, Our Rabb! Make our wives and our children to be the comfort of our eyes and make us leaders of the righteous."
These Ibaadur Rahman, are super concerned about their spouse's and children's hidayat and aakhirah. They want Allah to give them tears of joy when they see their spouses or children striving in the path of Allah. They want to feel happy and their eyes to be comforted when they see their loved ones worshiping Allah. They also make duwa to Allah to make them leaders of the righteous people so they guide others to the path of guidance and are always in the company of the righteous. This duwa is really powerful and it becomes TRUE! I have witnessed it and even you can. Memorize it and make a sincere duwa.

75. Those will be rewarded with the highest place because of their patience. Therein they shall be met with greetings and the word of peace and respect.  76. Abiding therein - excellent it is as an abode, and as a place to rest in.

And they will be given the highest room in Paradise. Why??? Because they had patience over all these things that they had to control themselves from! SubhanAllah! Sabr means when you control your nafs from the things you want to do and to do things that are beneficial for you but also hard at the same time. If you remember the Part 1 & 2 of Ibaadur Rahman, all those qualities of them, how did they achieve it? Through patience!
SubhanaAllah!

So Patience is the Key to success. Patience in Everything! :D

QUALITIES OF IBAADUR RAHMAN (PART-2)

Part 2 continued! (If you haven't read the part 1, then please click here)

Sifat of Ibaadur Rahman:

Surah Al Furqan-

1. "Who, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor stingy, But keep the balance between those two extremes."

A slave of Allah is not extravagant in spending or in anything that he does. He does not waste his time or money on illegal things, legal things or things that he buys to show off! He is ever humble when he spends. He spends more on what he needs than on what he wants. He has control over his nafs (nerves) from all the materialistic things.
Also he is not stingy or miserly. A miser person is he who spends as much as he wants on himself but when it comes to spending on his family, relatives, poor sellers or spending in the way of Allah, he holds back his hands and thinks 10 times before giving something from his pocket. Are we one of those? Even if we are, Ibaadur Rahman are not one of those and our main purpose is to become Ibaadur Rahman and maintain that balance between extravagant and stingy. Bi izniAllah!

 2. "And those who do not invoke any other God besides Allah, nor kill any soul which Allah has made sacred, except for a just cause, nor commit fornication. He that does this shall be punished for his sin!"
Ibaadur Rahman do not Indulge in any of those things mentioned. Their hearts are purified which do not allow them to kill (except in cases of revenge or in defense), fornicate or do Shirk! They do not even go near these major sins let alone commit them.

 3. "Except of the one who repents, becomes a true believer and starts doing good deeds, for then Allah will change his evil deeds into good, and Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful"

Allah will forgive the sins of those who committed shirk, murder and fornication IF they truly repented (meaning they accept their sins, repent and do not repeat) and believed in Allah and starts doing righteous deeds. Then Allah will convert ALL their previous sins into GOOD! subhanAllah!! He wouldn't only remove those sins but convert them into righteous deeds. Isn't that just the heights of Mercy that one mind can comprehend?! This is my favorite ayat because If Allah can forgive such major sins then why do we feel so reluctant in not seeking forgiveness from Him when we commit small sins? Allah is The Most Merciful and Forgiving if you sincerely repented. Let us all truly repent from all our hidden sins and apparent sins that no one but Allah knows. Let us all strive to be Ibaadur Rahman and act upon our knowledge. in sha Allah!

STAY TUNED FOR PART 3. Remember, these short posts are for us to understand the ayats of Allah first and then start implementing on them. It's just a waste to just seek knowledge and then not put it practically into our lives. Reminder for myself first and then to everybody.

May Allah guide us all and make us from among His chosen Ibaadur Rahman! Ameen :)

ARE WE SLAVES OF AR-RAHMAN? Find out (Part-1)

Assalamualaikum WaramatuAllahi Wabarakaatuhu!

I would like to share with you some beautiful ayats of Surah Al Furqan.
We often ask ourselves how can we become better Muslims? What is there more than praying five times a day, paying zakat, performing Hajj & fasting in the month of Ramadan? Well you have your answer coming up now. There are many things what we, as Muslims, can do to become the Slaves of Ar-Rahman, The Most Merciful, The Most Compassionate! The only intention to become the slaves of Ar Rahman is to please Allah, increase our Iman and to become closer to Allah SubhanaAllah wa Ta'la! :)
So What can we do to become the Slaves of Ar-Rahman? Simple! Allah has clearly mentioned us what are the qualities of Ibaadur Rahman from Verses 63- 75. And He didn't mention these qualities for no reason. But He mentioned them so that we take heed from His ayats and strive to become one of them.
Today I would like to share only a couple of those qualities so when we read, we gain some knowledge and after we have acquired that knowledge, we also need to act upon that knowledge. Slowly, slowly can we only become better Mo'mins. So let's begin! :)

1. True Servants of the Compassionate (Allah) are those who walk on the Earth in Humility and when the ignorant people address them, they say, "Peace"

We need to keep a check on our walk to see if we are not walking with our chests out, walking with our muscles all flexed up, walking lazily, walking with pride or show off etc.
Our Rasool Sallalahu alaihi waSallam used to walk so humbly as if he was walking down the hill with firm steps and in a constant pace. mashaAllah! We need to walk with humility, grace and with gentleness, making sure that no one is affected with our walk. What is inside our hearts will also reflect on our outside. So humble your heart free from arrogance and walk with humility. :)

Ibaadur Rahman are also those who do not indulge in fights or arguments especially when the foolish ones or the ignorant ones address them in a very bad way. But let's talk about ourselves. What do we do when an ignorant addresses us? We are the ones who become the most ignorant of all by cursing them, making sure they are humiliated and feel worse about themselves. May Allah forgive us all.
We should say Peace and walk away rather than indulging in any kind of fights or abusive arguments. This is the Sifat of the genuine slaves of Allah!

2. Who pass the night prostrating before their Rabb and standing in prayers.
How can we be the ones who pray Qiyaam Al Layl or Tahajjud at nights? Only if we spend our days in productivity and not wasting our energy in things that tires us but does not benefit us. We need to sleep early at night and make sincere intentions to wake up for tahajjud. Then only will we be among the Ibaadur Rahman!

3. Who say, "O, Our Rabb ward off the punishment of Hell fire from us, for its punishment is Atrocious."

They make duwa to Allah to remove the punishment of Hell fire from them. Why? Because even after doing so many righteous deeds they feel as if their deeds are not enough to please Allah. They know that only the Mercy of Allah can remove them from Hell Fire.
But we, after doing a single good deed, consider ourselves righteous and forgiven by Allah. As if we have done a lot of good deeds and now its enough. AstagfirAllah! For Ibaadur Rahman, they are always humble and even the thought of Hell fire fears them and they just want that punishment to be warded off from them.
We need to check our intentions a lot before doing any good deed. Just because you performed Hajj once and don't want to do it again, doesn't mean you are forgiven or saved from Hell. We need to keep on striving for the best.
What our problem is that when we do a good deed, we feel great and proud of ourselves that we have done something great and now we don't need to do more deeds and start sinning again as if its no big deal. May Allah save us from this.

These three qualities are enough for now. Let us all act upon these ayaats to become more closer to Allah. I will share the next few qualities of Ibaadur Rahman in my next post. in sha Allah! Stay tuned! :)

HOW TO RECOGNIZE A MAGICIAN OR A FAKE PRACTITIONER OF MAGIC- (Black Magic Series Pt-2)

Signs of a magician or ill practitioner-

Beware – these people look like you and I. They can look like pious or righteous people that you would never distinguish as practicing this evil. It’s only when we are educated and know the signs of the Sahir (magician) that we are able to spot them. Going to a magician or using their help in this, is a form of disbelief (kufr) so we must beware and be careful not to fall into this error

Distinctive Features of A Sahir’s (magician’s) Work

If you find one of these following charcteristics in a person who treats people suffering from sihr or other relate illnesses, then this person is surely a sahir (magician).

1.) He asks the patient his and his mother’s names. Which is why it is always recommend that the woman to not use her name and she may call herself Bint-e- so and so or Umm-e- so and so.

2.) He takes a sweaty garment from the patient (a piece of cloth, hat, blood, hair, nail or some kind of DNA)

3.) He sometimes asks for an animal, with certain specifications, in order to slaughter it without saying the name of Allah. He may use the sacrificial blood to stain some painful areas of the patient, or throw the carcass in on a ruined site.

4.) He writes incantations.

5.) He recites unclear incantations. Usually which looks to us like he is reciting the Qurán but he's not. He is using magic spells.

6.) He gives the patient a hijab (incantation written on a piece of paper), which contains squares within which letters or figures are written.

7.) He instructs the patient to isolate himself/herself in a dark room and to not talk to people for a certain period of time.

8.) He sometimes instructs the patient to not touch water for a certain period of time, usually forty days. This indicates the this particular jinn working for the Sahir is Christian.

9.) He gives the patient some items to bury in the ground.

10.) He gives the patient some pieces of paper to burn to use as incens for their body.

11.) He murmurs unclear words.

12.) He sometimes informs the patient his name, his town and the reason for his visit.

13.) He writes broken letters on a piece of paper (hijab) or on a plate made of white porcelain, and instructs the patient to dissolve the writing in water, and then drink it.”

Shaykh Sulaymaan al-‘Alwaan (www.islam-qa.com) had this to say about practioners of magic: Magic in all its forms in haraam according to all divinely-revealed laws, and there is scholarly consensus that magic and learning magic are haraam. Magic goes against that which the Messengers brought and it opposes the purpose for which the Books were revealed. Most of the scholars were of the view that the one who practices magic is a kaafir whom the authorities are obliged to execute.

“But neither of these two (angels) taught anyone (such things) till they had said, ‘We are for trial, so disbelieve not (by learning this magic from us)’ [Quran al-Baqarah 2:102]

Spread awareness about this very important issue. Many people mistakenly seek help from people that make their problems worse! Magicians commit the highest level of Kufr (disbelief) and their aim is to ease you into it while you know not! Beware! Shirk is the gravest of sins and must educate ourselves to stay well clear of it.

Watch this short 3 minute video if you prefer watching over reading. And DO share this video to people who usually seek help from peer or so called babas.

What is Black Magic and How It Works? --(Black Magic Series)

Assalamualaikum WarahatuAllahi Wabakaatuhu!

Primarily, black magic is real and it exists.

The Prophet (Sal-allahu-aleihi-wasallam) said, "Avoid the seven great destructive sins." The people enquire, "O Allah's Apostle! What are they? " He said:
"To join others in worship along with Allah, to practice sorcery, to kill the life which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause (according to Islamic law), to eat up riba (usury),
to eat up an orphan's wealth, to give back to the enemy and fleeing from the battlefield at the time of fighting,
and to accuse chaste women, who never even think of anything touching chastity and are good believers."
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (Radi Allah Ta'lah Anhu); Sahih Bukhari transmitted it. Vol 4:#28 of Sahih Bukhari.

What I am about to write are exactly not my words but I am re-posting this from www.ruqyasupport.com
This post will aware you and I about what Black magic is, who are the black magicians and how to cure black magic in sha Allah but with different posts. (As this topic could be really long)
I am no way near to an expert. This is just a re-posted blog post which has been copied from a reliable source. And Allah knows best! If you are willing to check your sources into the authenticity of this post, please go ahead and do so. And comment below if there seems to be an authenticity error.

What is Sihr (Black Magic)?
Black magic is done by a magician. It can effect anybody, a Prophet, a mo'min, a liar, a kuffar. It is verrry rampant in the Muslim community as well, like in the Middle East, Africa, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sudan, Saudi Arabia and basically all over the world.

When somebody is afflicted with black magic they start seeing things which are not really there and they constantly go into delusion. Sihir is also set of knots which is tied with Shirk. The magician is the one who ties it with Shirk. And he utters words of shirk in his mummers and not the Qurán then he ties them into a Taa'weez. (we will talk about this more in the coming posts in sha Allah) Black Magic effects the hearts and the minds. Sihr comes from the word "hidden" & 'not seen'. So when you are afflicted with magic it's actually hidden and you won't realize it happening to you. The goal is to do black magic behind the back. Black magic causes many problems like it turns good health into sickness and in some severe cases it could also cause death. It can cause division between husband and wife, husband and mother, brother and sister or the downfall between the business partners or cause someone to attract towards someone without any reason. (a.k.a love poison)

The most common type of Sihr out there is called Sihr-e-Tafreeq. It is the most nasty kind of Sihr where it separates a man from his wife. And the number one OBJECTIVE of shaitaan is to separate a Man from his wife and this is mentioned in Surah Al Baqarah 102
"They followed what the Shayatin (devils) gave out (falsely of the magic) in the lifetime of Sulaiman (Solomon). Sulaiman did not disbelieve, but the Shayatin (devils) disbelieved, teaching men magic and such things that came down at Babylon to the two angels, Harut and Marut, but neither of these two (angels) taught anyone (such things) till they had said, "We are only for trial, so disbelieve not (by learning this magic from us)." And from these (angels) people learn that by which they cause separation between man and his wife, but they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's Leave. And they learn that which harms them and profits them not. And indeed they knew that the buyers of it (magic) would have no share in the Hereafter. And how bad indeed was that for which they sold their ownselves, if they but knew."

Why does the shaitaan wants to do this? Because he wants to break the halal contract between the husband and wife.

Also, Imam Muslim reported on the authority of Jabir ibn `Abdullah, who stated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Iblis (Satan) places his throne upon water, then sends his groups. The closest to him are those who (tempt people to) commit the most grievous of sins (fitnah). One of them would approach him and say: I did such-and-such. Iblis would reply: You have done nothing. Another would approach and say: I did not leave him (a man) until I caused him to leave his wife and for them to be separated. Iblis would bring him close to his throne and would say: How good you are!”
There are many types of Sihr. You would be shocked to see the damage Black magic causes on a person's life and have catastrophic issues like cause madness, epilepsy, cause to have bad dreams, not have children and remove the copulation between husband and wife, bring lust in oneself and many other severe dangers.

Why do people do Sihr? It is because of jealousy. A person who is jealous of someone's happy marriage, just can't take it and wants to cause separation between them or break the successful relation of two business partners and cause the business to a downfall. This is why our Prophet Sallalahu alaihi wasallam warned us of jealousy. He said, “Beware of jealousy, for verily it destroys good deeds the way fire destroys wood.” [Abu Dawood]

When Allah’s Messenger (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) was asked who are the best of people? He (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) replied: “the one with a clean heart and truthful tongue.” They asked: ‘We understand a truthful tongue, but what does a clean heart mean?’ he (sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) answered: “It is the heart of one that is pious, pure, and is free of sin, transgressions, hatred and Hasad.” [Ibn Majah]

Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah’s Messenger (Sallallahu alaihi wa-sallam) as saying: “Don’t bear aversion against one another and don’t be jealous of one another and be servants of Allah.” [Muslim :: Book 32 : Hadith 6218]

How does Sihr work?
It needs an instigator who is the 'jealous' one, it could be an aunt or uncle or an enemy who sees what you're doing from a distance and hates someone's marriage or someone, then they plot and plan to destroy the marriage. Then there's the victim who is afflicted with this black magic. Then there's the motive: whether to separate them, to make them argue or make them from stop having children, or kill them, not let them get married, cause them to fall severely ill, not let them have a job, remove their income etc.
The instigator with the motive will go to the magician. He will do the magic by using the DNA of the victim, like his old clothes, or clothes that has his sweat, blood, hair or nails etc. He would also ask the victim's name and the victim's mother's name. And then he will call upon the Jinn to order him to cause all of this problems. The jinn enters the body of the victim and directly goes to the brain and controls the whole body. He would cause the Waswasa (severe whispering). For e.g: if the motive is divorce from the wife then it will cause severe waswasa towards his wife to hate her and be angry on her and so on. subhaAllah! This is a horrible crime for which they have sold their aakhirah only for a miserly worldly gain.
These details are only mentioned for us to awaken and beware of these magicians and to protect ourselves from Magic. Keep yourselves clean, dispose your humanely dirt, remains properly and always read the morning and evening azkar to keep yourself protected and to keep a distance from suspicious people or fake aalims who pretend to cure us but are actually causing harm.

If these problems normally occur between a husband and a wife, it doesn't necessarily mean that they have black magic on them however chances are there. Not every problem in our lives are related to magic so beware of your problems and try to solve them first before claiming every problem in your life as black magic or evil eye. It could also be a trial from Allah subhaAllah wa taála.

Stayed tuned for the next part of BMS.

NEW DISRUPTIVE GENERATION

"Wealth and children are the adornment of the life of this world. But the good righteous deeds (five compulsory prayers, deeds of Allah's obedience, good and nice talk, remembrance of Allah with glorification, praises and thanks, etc.), that last, are better with your Lord for rewards and better in respect of hope" [18:46]

Muslim Married women (or couples) shouldn't give birth to a child if they can't bring them up through the teachings of Islam. Because it is better to not give birth than to raise a child that is close to becoming a kaafir. Parents are to be blamed because some muslim parents are raising up their children to become great doctors or a multimillionaire dollar scientists and those are the same parents who in the end are placed in old age foster care homes by their occupied busy children. If you raised them to be great muslims and home caretakers then you would see your child treating you in the best way and not as maids or sponsors. The reason why I am writing this is because a friend of my sister told her why she doesn't wanna cover her head is because "TEENS SHOULD LIVE AND ENJOY LIKE TEENS" :S I wish I showed her how teens should be smacked like teens. I know as kids we weren't perfect or even close to it but my only regret is that only if I was lead in the right direction.
What I meant by not giving birth was to not conceive in the first place or plan to have kids to have a good status in society or as a means of show off and competition of whose kids are better in worldly success and knowledge in society or relatives. Regardless to that, people consider marriage contract as a way of living their lives to the fullest according to their desires when actually it is the hardest and most responsible job ever. It's not a joke to start a family and on top of that to take care of it. Before marrying, every single muslim woman should be trained or given courses on how to raise children according to the sharia of Islam because a mother is the one who nurtures the home and from her is the entire ummah. Obviously, fathers aren't exempted from this responsibility because the children also need the fatherly dose as well and the wife needs his support too. He shouldn't sit by watching his wife struggle with kids and house chores while he is busy watching T.V and ordering her to get him some food and snacks 24/7. This is how children learn. Through you, through parents by imitating.
Learning how to raise children after marriage is also great but it doesn't suffice your actual benefit and most of the time those lessons are through hard learned lessons from experiences. Majority of the times the parents are the one in the compromising state and the children start controlling them. Do not let them control you. You are the bigger authority. Be a good example. Not good but be a GREAT example.
I am not married or a mother hence I can't say this but I am a daughter and I understand this fact that if someone makes a mistake, we owe it to ourselves to learn from it & not repeat the same mistakes again. I learned a lot from my parent's mistakes and that's how we all become wiser as to-be parents.

Nowadays the best way for a mother to shut their children from crying is by shoving them with iPads, tablets or making them listen to nursery rhymes or watch Disney movies. They are bought everything and anything the kids demand from toys to accessories to gadgets. Every parent should teach their children to ponder over all those poor unfortunate children over the world. With more exposure to television all they see is rich kids who have everything and anything so they are bound to become like them and demand such things. They should be made to go to the oldage foster homes to help the elderly.
Moreover, there are many kids who now have open and unsupervised internet. These kids easily know how to use these gadgets and slowly slowly they aren't interested in what their moms want them to listen or watch. They are getting exposed to many explicit and unwanted content which is not even for us Muslim Adults to watch let alone kids! All they have are idols like Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber and 1D. It's really scary because gradually these are how mothers these days are raising their kids. *BLINDFOLD*

This obviously doesn't apply to all mothers. There are some amazing mothers out there who know great parenting techniques on how to handle their kids from peer pressure and they do the right upbringing. They raise their children with the teachings of our Rasool, Sahabas and their grandparents. masha'Allah! They are friends to their children and parents too. They have that mutual trust between one another and the children share everything with their parents.
These parents are not super strict or super lenient. They are balanced. MashaAllah! I have seen such parents. They indulge their children into so many educational activities (worldly and deeni) so that the child doesn't have time to involve in haram activities and or become fat! If parents really want to invest money into something, they should invest it in the best education of deen and dunya, activities and best food for their kids. Do not be scared of poverty and do not withhold your hands from spending in the right way, in the way of Allah. Many parents spend lots and lots of money on worldly education which is not bad but when the child wants to do some religious study, they ask a lot of questions and expect it to be the cheapest studies ever which makes them not want to spend in the way of Allah.

My only concern is the new disruptive generation. I don't care about the kaafirs much because our own Muslim generations is getting destructed and my first priority is them. As a teacher I try my best to take the opportunity to advice my students to be good people because teachers in schools aren't teaching this also. :S
Please mothers or to be mothers or wives who are planning to conceive, or to be wives, please do remember this is a big responsibility. I am not scaring you from having a child, but not to forget, with greater achievements comes greater responsibilities. Please teach them akhlaq, cleanliness, politeness, humbleness and gratefulness. These are basics things for a child to know to be a good human and eventually with time, teach them who their creator is, what their religion is & who their last messenger is. Teach them how to pray, read Qu'ran, learn Qurán and eventually they'll become good muslims who will be ready to strive in this Dunya without hurdles in sha Allah (All of this is to be done and done till the age of 13)
Don't underestimate the capabilities of your child because they are capable of sooooo much. The parents just can't see it.

May Allah make us all good parents and make our children one of those who pray and obeys Allah and Rasool SallahuAlaihi waSallam. Ameen! :D

CHARACTERISTICS OF A MO'MIN (BELIEVER)

Assalamualaikum WarahmatuaAllahi Wabarakaatuhu!
Surah Al Muminoon is one of the best Surahs I have ever come across. What bewilders me is that there is definitely no end to Allah's words. As Allah says in the Surah Al Kahf 109. Say (O Muhammad to mankind). "If the sea were ink for (writing) the Words of my Lord, surely, the sea would be exhausted before the Words of my Lord would be finished, even if we brought (another sea) like it for its aid."
And why do I say this? It is because one chapter after the other there keeps coming more reality and more truth than I could ever imagine. Its like there is no ending to the greatest speech of Allah subhanawaTa'la and this is only Surah number 23! subhanAllah!
Which is why I would like to enlighten you all with a little bit of what I know and would also like it to share it with you guys.

I am only going to share few characters of a Momin (true believer) which I gathered from the few beginning verses of this Surah to make us realize and ponder upon our own souls that if we are really one of the real mo'mins or not.
 In sha Allah!
Characters of a Momin:

NOTE: please do read the Arabic text as it is the Kalaam of Allah so do not ignore. :)

1. A momin is the one who is humble and extremely submissive in their Salat.
If you want to check your level of Imaan, simply just check your salat and see where your mind and attention is. Is it in the humility and submission towards Allah or is it directed towards the world? We as muslims need to improve our khushoo and khudu in our prayers. The highest level of perfection is to pray as if you are seeing Allah or if this is not possible then pray as if Allah is seeing you.
2. A mo'min is the one who avoids vain useless talks.
OMG! yes I know! We all are included in sooo much of useless pointless and futile talks whose purpose is nothing. A mo'min speaks and listens to only that which is beneficial to him and he avoids the company of such time wasting people. Whenever he speaks he speaks words of wisdom or he doesn't speak at all. So please sisters and brothers, stop talking or wasting time in useless vain talks especially over waste news & sports or over kaafir celebrities whose discussion doesn't benefit you. This has increased a lot over the years since Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, and free internet international calling system came into existence.
3. A mo'min is the one who purifies his soul from all the evil
like idolatry, disbelief, hypocrisy, backbiting, envy, jealousy, hatred. (Zakat here refers to the 'purity of the soul' as this surah was revealed in Makkah and the ehkaam of zakat wasn't revealed then)
He tries to purify his soul by increasing in good deeds, building a good character, having good manners, having a helpful nature and has a clean heart.
4. A mo'min is the one who guards his private parts
(chastity)
This includes fornication, any kind of lustful gaze,  watching pornography or indecent movies, having illegal relationships in marriage or outside of marriage, homosexuality, masturbation, watching anything indecent and talking anything indecent. Allah has called such people as transgressors.
5. A mo'min is the one who is responsible of their own amaanats and covenants
Such as a wife taking care of her husbands house, (which is her amanah), and a husband taking care of his house, taking care of your time, wealth, body, health, children, pacts between each other, keeping a promise and mostly taking care of your dunya and aakhirah. He is true to his trust and covenants. He never deceives anyone.
6. A mo'min is the one who GUARDS his prayers (this came twice in this Surah).
And how will he guard it? By praying on time, in taharah, in congregation (only men), in a clean place, with proper sunnah, proper postures in sajdah and rukoo etc. This is how he will guard his prayer. in sha Allah!
Allah subhanAllah wa Ta'la says, that "These are heirs who will inherit paradise and live therein forever." [23:10/11]

Meaning that whoever has these few attributes, he is the heir of Paradise. SubhanaAllah!
Whats even better is when Allah began this Surah saying "Indeed Successful are those believers" [23:1]
Which means that whoever followed these few admonitions from their Rabb is definitely successful or has already become successful. :D mashaAllah!
May Allah give us the tawfeeq and guidance to follow these few admonitions and make us the heir of Jannah! Ameen!

Stay tuned for more characters of a Mo'min in the remaining Surah. :) Coming soon in sha Allah

PLEASE NOTE:
The translation of the Arabic text is not given in this blog post. Those were just explanatory sentences and not the exact translation of the Arabic Content.

RAPISTS, TO BE PUT TO DEATH OR GIVEN A LONG PAINFUL PUNISHMENT?

“A person who commits this act (sexual intercourse out side of marriage) is not a true believer of their faith” [Imam Bukhari and Muslim]

The crime rates in India is increasing drastically not only that but the growth and development of the injustice is increasing tremendously. Men seem to be on high testosterone levels. This is a shame because India is a democratic country where every citizen has the right to speak and has the freedom in all cases. We as humans let alone women need to understand the severity of this crime. One can't undermine this crime with their notions or judgement whether what the punishment of this crime should be or what the victim "should have done".
This crime is all and entirely the fault of the rapist. One cannot blame the victim because this crime cannot be justified in a way to blame the victim in an atom bit possible. Can one justify the rape of a six month old baby? Can we blame the baby that she was luring or seducing the rapist to please himself in his own way?

No we can't. Because a rapist is mentally ill and his soul has been severely corrupted with the satanic mind thoughts and absurd ways of torturing others for his selfish means of pleasure.
No one except Allah can understand the pain and destruction of the victim's life. No one. The least we as humans can do is bring justice to these victims. The rape victims are not only in India but in Every single country. But very little is the justice brought to these woman. No one stands up to these women. WE AS MUSLIMS and moreover HUMANS need to bring them justice.

The latest rape crime which has obtained high mass media on social networking sites is the one which occurred in Hyderabad. The victim is a 20 year old college student, who was savagely raped and tortured for 17 months after she was drugged and kidnapped from the college campus by the owner of the canteen of the TRR college where she studied. The rapist was under the police's custody for three days prior the investigation and then released without any rape arrest warrant. However, there is enough evidence and proof that this girl was raped repeatedly by Satya Prakash because unfortunately she became pregnant and the child had to be aborted. This rapist peculiarly & oddly targets only Muslim women to torture and rape. He seems to have raped, tortured and killed many Muslim women before the incident of this victim.

The Rapist was supported by his wife (who is okay for his man to rape other women), his brother, father and the flat owners where she was abducted for 17 months. Since this man was married, his act is of an adulterer so his punishment is equivalent to that of an adulterer that is to be stoned to death. How ever these are Sharia laws and the government of India isn't an Islamic government and therefore, the punishment doesn't apply. Moreover, I have no idea what exactly the punishment of a rapist is in India. If anyone does, please do comment below.
The rapist should on the other hand be given 100 lashes if he was unmarried and both married and unmarried men would have to pay the victim the DOWRY similar to that of a wedding. But this money would be given as a Kaffara (expaition). Either way these situations occur differently in different situations because the victim was not only raped but she was abducted, brutally tortured and was hurt by these animals. So the punishment should be far greater than lashes or giving dowry whether they seek forgiveness from Allah or not. Unfortunately, in the end, these are Sharia laws and not the government laws. So we urge and advocate that Beheading or hanging to death be the punishment of the rapist and every single person who supported this rapist in every single country because they all are criminals who supported and was in involved in this crime. They also deserve the title and the punishment of a rapist.

Rapist who got help from Teegala Krishna Reddy and was released by the police
rapist getting support from Krishna
Reddy
But the real question is, Did this poor victim get Justice? No! Justice hasn't been served yet. The protests all over India is going on. The rapist seems to be getting full hand support from the high authorities in the government but sooner than later this matter will be closed after it is served with JUSTICE!

Question: What Does Islam Say About Rape?
In Islam, what is the law and the punishment for committing rape?
Answer: Rape is completely forbidden in Islam, and is a crime punishable by death.
It is incorrect to say that rape is merely a subcategory of adultery or fornication. In the well-known Islamic legal book, "Fiqh-us-Sunnah," rape is included in a definition of hiraba (terrorism or crimes of violence)

Opinions of Some Women on Solution of Rape:

Nawal says, Policemen in India should wake up! start training army against these morons and take Serious steps to stop this all for once and then they should kill all ugly rapist on the spot with one thousand bullets into their heads, should rupture their heads with bulldozers and let their bodies be eaten by pigs

Farah says, first lets take steps to prevent falling in the traps of such men. The ever zikr of Allah will protect us from all kinds of harm even the harm of getting the nazar. Girls need to wake up to see that world is full of people like those and avoid going ALONE outside. Secondly even if we are going out, Allah has given the beautiful verse, "Ayat al Kursi" to keep us protected at all times so lets try to make sure that we are protecting ourselves first before pronouncing the guys as the villains. Another beautiful dua "AA UZU BI KALIMAATILLAHIT TAAMMAATI MIN SHARRI MA KHALAQ". This dua is for refuge with ALLAH from all the creations that harm us. Another dua, "AA UZU BI KALIMAATILLAHIT TAAMMAATI MIN GHADA BIHI WA IQABIHI WA SHARRI IBAAADIHI MIN HAMAZATISH SHAYATEENI WA AIY YAH ZAROON". This dua is to seek refuge with ALLAH from the wrath of ALLAH, and from the wrong doings of men (Magic and physical harm) and from the wrong doing of shayateen. (this is not the exact translation) And of course the four Quls that have been superbly revealed for the protection of both men and women equally
Dr. Zainab says, Ban the bollywood from making movies that arouse evil desires among the youth not to forget even kids are falling into this trap. You can't clap with one hand. Everyone needs to carry the blame. Flashing flesh in public and demanding respect and justice considering oneself westernized and modern while 2 generations ago in the same household be it hindu or muslim females covered their heads in front of elders. The society is stinking and need thorough spiritual cleansing.

Muna Rahmani says, the only solution is death penalty or better beheading of such animals. In such cases, rules of Sharia punishment should be followed. Since in India all a rapist gets is, few years in jail or they are free on bail!! Although, I would love such scoundrels to be castrated and crushed by a bulldozer but lets be practical it ain't happening. So instead, the government starts taking stern action against them and behead them as it happens in Saudi. Then I'm sure these rapist would feel the terror and such devils will think twice before harassing women!!

I urge every single women to stand up to these women and do not sit quietly, because we are in danger of this crime where ever and anywhere we go. We have to let them remain in prison and not let them roam freely. Only few of the rapists would sincerely repent and acknowledge their sins and crimes but majority of them will keep continuing this and the only solution is AWARENESS, PROTECTION and PUNISHMENT!

HOW TO MAINTAIN GOOD IMPRESSION OVER NON-MUSLIMS WHILE PREACHING?

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said to ‘Ali (RA):

“If Allah guides a person through you, it is better for you than all that is on the earth.”
Bukhari No. 2783 & Muslim No. 2406)

Assalamualaikum WarahmatuaAllah hi wabara kaatuhu!

We all need to understand that first impressions matter a lot. It may not be who we really are but it's something that we will be in the eyes of someone who doesn't really know us and perceive our impression as someone who we're not. Which is why it is very important for us as muslims to maintain a very good impression over non- muslims while giving Dawah. We may not get a second chance to give a good impression so be ready to present your first TRUE impression. (no body wants to be fake here :P)

This is the banner of the Dawah team in U.K
We muslims do not follow Islam correctly and fight among our muslim brothers and sisters, this is what our impression has fallen over the non-muslim community. Which is why we need to check our akhlaaq (manners) because that's the biggest attracting factor to any person irrespective of religion.
Some of the things which I personally would do to keep a non-muslim intact are:
1. Dress well and greet them well. Use a catchy Title or banner to attract the audience to come towards you.

2. Make sure you actually are practicing Islam so that the Latter doesn't consider you as a hypocrite when it comes to Dawah.
3. Make sure you have great energy and enthusiasm while preaching them to Islam. Dull and boring conversations are a big turn off to anybody.

4. Speak about the concepts of Islam according to the level and maturity of the Non-Muslim. There are somethings which we understand perfectly while the latter may not. So speak in consideration of the latter so he may not feel stupid or let down.
5. Do not start judging the non-muslim in regards to his/her outward appearance, beliefs or lifestyle and start becoming the HARAM police. Rather start preaching from the basic principles of Islam i.e AQEEDA which is the most important and needs to be corrected.

6. Make sure you speak to them with proof and evidence. If you know something but do not have proof or evidence, then remain silent. Because you wouldn't want to be wrong later and be considered as a liar.

7. Return their misbehavior with the best of manners whether you like it or not. (MUHSIN)
8. Sincerity and the truth of Islam should be shown all over us, so that they respect how strong our belief is, which will intrigue them to find out how this religion has such a great affect on us..

I hope this helps all of us to maintain a good impression on the non-muslims while preaching. This is simply my personal opinions. There may be some great tactics by the Daaees out there which I do not know. So If anybody would also like to share their tactics, Please do comment below. JazakiaAllahu khairan for reading.

This was a task given to me by Bint Shaikh Mujeed. I love doing tasks! If somebody has a post request, Please comment down below. in sha Allah I will get to it. :D
